In addition to the two Malbas teams, 40 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls-15. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Malbas BBK Vit could be found in Group D together with FUBB BASKET Mälarbasket, Djursholm Indians and Skuru Basket.

Malbas BBK Vit continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Malbas BBK Svart with 26-37. In the Final, Onsala Pirates BBK won over Malbas BBK Svart and became the winner of Slutspel A in Girls-15.

Malbas BBK also participated in Girls-14 during Göteborg Basketball Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in GU14 Slutspel A, but lost it against Botkyrka Basket with 21-22.
