In addition to Team OWL, 18 other teams from 4 different countries played in Women 20+. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Team OWL could be found in Group D together with KFUM Gävle Basket, Chalmers Basket, Lugi Basket and Kaikkialla.

Team OWL continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Shake and bakers with 28-29. In the Final, Shake and bakers won over Högsbo Basket Lions and became the winner of Slutspel A in Women 20+.
