In addition to Centrum Tigers, 63 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys-13. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Centrum Tigers could be found in Group E together with Hørsholm 79ers Basketball, Kungsbacka Basket and Hammarby Basket.

Centrum Tigers continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kirkevoll BBK with 30-34. In the Final, Ockelbo Basket P06 won over Kirkevoll BBK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys-13.
