In addition to BK Amager, 18 other teams from 3 different countries played in Women 20+. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof BK Amager could be found in Group B together with Mölndal Originals, Team Göran, Kungsbacka Basket and Kirkevoll BBK.

BK Amager continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Högsbo Basket Lions with 16-33. In the Final, Shake and bakers won over Högsbo Basket Lions and became the winner of Slutspel A in Women 20+.
