In addition to Älmhult Beasts Basketball, 63 other teams from 5 different countries played in Boys-13. They were divided into 16 different groups, whereof Älmhult Beasts Basketball could be found in Group M together with Birkerød Basketball, Djursholm Indians Vit and Bislet Basket.
Älmhult Beasts Basketball continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group M. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Hørsholm 79ers Basketball with 9-40.
