In addition to Sigtuna BBK, 20 other teams from 3 different countries played in Girls-17. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Sigtuna BBK could be found in Group E together with KFUM Haga Haninge, Kjelsås, Viby Basket and Örebro Multibasket.

Sigtuna BBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Örebro Multibasket with 36-40. In the Final, Kjelsås won over Örebro Multibasket and became the winner of Slutspel B in Girls-17.
