In addition to Kungsbacka Basket, 69 other teams from 6 different countries played in Boys-15. They were divided into 17 different groups, whereof Kungsbacka Basket could be found in Group F together with Hammarby Basket 1, Lobas and Kolbotn Fighters2.
Kungsbacka Basket continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group F. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Asker Aliens with 24-33. In the Final, Högsbo Basket Lions won over Skovbakken Bears and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys-15. Kungsbacka basket also participated in Boys-14 during Göteborg Basketball Festival 2018.
